Sher Loves Hair was created with queer and neurodivergence at the forefront. I curate a comfy environment for folks who sometimes struggle to find that in typical salon spaces.
I am passionate about collaboration with you as a client. At the end of the day, YOU are the one the gets to wear your hair, making collaboration the key to success in your hair session. I will listen to your needs and use my 13 years of expertise to make your hair dreams come true.
During your session you get to control the environment! Options include; lights out, mirrorless, low chat, and choose your music or fave movie on the tv.
Sher Loves Hair operates inside The Knack Shack- located in Riverside, Jacksonville Florida.

Shercuts
Shercuts are fully customized to your needs. Sher specializes in razor cuts, gender affirming cuts and curly cuts.
A variety of tools will be used during your Shercut such as a straight razor, shears, texturing shears and clippers. Every single time your cut is customized to you.
Consultation included in all Shercuts
First time Shercut includes wash and style
All appointments with Sher are gratuity free
Relaxation ad-on available
Shercolor
All Shercolor is customized to support your haircut as well as hair type and texture. Sher prides herself on keeping the hair healthy throughout the color process. Creative color is Hourly, All Inclusive pricing.
Sher is a well-rounded colorist. She enjoys vivid colors, lived-in and bright blondes, dimensional reds, rich brunettes and tackling color corrections.

Premium color products (Davines, Olaplex, R & Co and more)

Relaxation
Geared toward Nervous System Regulation. Relaxation sessions can be added on to a Shercut/color or as its own stand alone appointment.

At Sher Loves Hair tipping isn’t something we do. You’ll never be asked for a tip or gratuity at checkout.
Shers pricing system reflects Sher receiving a fair wage- therefore tip is not necessary.
(*If you feel extra inclined to pay more than your service Venmo is available)

Hourly, All inclusive pricing means that appointment pricing is based on time in the chair
This means all treatments like Olaplex, specialty formulating, premium hair color products and toning is included.
*in rare cases an additional color fee is needed and will always be discussed with the client first

It is not necessary for you to come with washed hair to your Shercut or Relaxation appointment.
If you have a Shercolor appointment- day 1 or 2 hair is preferred without heavy products, however sher is always happy yo wash it for you before hand. You will never be shamed for dirty hair.

The Knack Shack is collective studio shared between Sher and her suitemate, Taylor.
Sundays and Mondays are private days for Sher in the salon.
All other days, there is a chance Sher and Taylor will be in the space.

Of course! There is room for up to one guest at your appointment

Yes! We provide water, fancy coffee, tea and a variety of sodas. We also have snacks available including allergy friendly snacks. All included in your service.
